get connected - life is better connected!

At Still Waters we believe that people grow better in circles than they do in rows. Community groups are a great way to grow deeper in your faith with those you enjoy being around. These small groups are casual and informal, offering an opportunity to meet new people, grow your faith and build community.

  • Music ministry

Still Waters offers contemporary, joyful music in thanksgiving and as a celebration of faith. Our Still Waters praise band is an important part of every worship service, and our singers and children's choir share their talents on the 2nd and 4th Sundays each month and during special services throughout the year.  Follow the link below to find out more about the music ministry, including who to contact if you are interested in joining our musical praise team!

  • small groups

    Bridget Case

At Still Waters, small groups are a good place for sustained life change to occur. In these groups, people study God’s Word and discuss the issues and challenges of life. It’s also where people pray together, care for one another, and are missed if they don’t show up. Small groups of 6 to 12 people meet in homes for fellowship, fun and spiritual growth. It is within these small groups that men and women can build personal relationships, practice applying the gospel and experience life in the family of God. Groups generally meet once or twice a month as a sanctuary from the pressures and anxieties of life and facilitate the formation of new friendships.

  • tuesday morning book group

    Lynn blackburn

As Christians there is much to learn as we journey toward discipleship. The Tuesday Morning Book Group at Still Waters helps us along the way by offering open discussion and exploration of ideas in a friendly and compassionate environment. The group reads a wide variety of books selected to stretch our minds and grow our faith. And as we read, we learn about ourselves and each other, strengthening friendships and building community. The group meets at 10:00 on Tuesday mornings, September through May, and monthly during summer months.
