information updates

During these challenging times we will be experiencing changes to our days and our lives. Our staff is actively considering how we are to be the church in such a time as this. We are looking at how we will be the Body of Christ in a new way. Please continue to watch for church emails and check the website for information about how we will function as a church, provide spiritual support, provide for online giving, and more.

Who Can You Help by Donating Blood?

Every day, blood donors help patients of all ages: accident and burn victims, heart  surgery and organ transplant patients, and those battling cancer. In fact, every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood.

During the Blood Drives, the  American Red Cross will be at Still Waters Church. To schedule an appointment to donate, visit and search: stillwaters or call 1-800-RED-CROSS (1-800-733-2767).

    Next: October 13  | 9:00 am

Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin is the leading hunger-relief organization in the state, operating food banks in Milwaukee and the Fox Valley. Still Waters Church has been given a wonderful opportunity to partner with Feeding America to help feed Washington County.

Before COVID-19, 10,000 pounds of food was being distributed in Washington County weekly. This is no longer happening. To help fill the void, Still Waters Church has offered to be a mobile pantry. Feeding America will deliver pallets of perishable foods. Our volunteers will package the food into bags and place packages into vehicles as they pass through our parking style!

  • family promise | provide a home-cooked meal

    Sunday, november 28 - Saturday, december 4

Continuing our support for Family Promise Organization of Washington County, Still Waters hospitality week is scheduled for November 28 through September 11.

Over the past year, Family Promise has adapted their facility to accommodate new families joining in a safe manner and continue to work with the church network shifting from in-church hosting weeks to hospitality weeks. Our church has an opportunity to support those families by providing them a home cooked meal throughout the week. Family information will be provided as we get closer to our date. We’ll provide you all the details to prepare and package appropriately, making it easy for distribution to the families. Information forthcoming will include; number of families, size of each, ages of children, likes/dis-likes and any food allergies for things to avoid.

The Promise Center has refrigeration and freezer space for any meals arriving before your scheduled day as this may work better for some schedules. However, meals must be delivered by 3PM on the day you sign up for, except for the Sunday and Saturday meals you will need to deliver the Friday before.

Masks are required when entering the Promise Center. For contactless drop-off, simply call the Promise Center (262) 353-9304 upon your arrival and someone will meet you outside.

If you have any questions about the program or looking for other ways to support Family Promise please contact Vicki or Kelly Passineau.

This Christmas, we hope to bless local families with the gift of empowerment. Our Outreach Team is making plans to invite families in need to participate in a store-like Christmas shopping experience this December where parents will have the opportunity to personally choose and purchase gifts at significantly reduced prices for their children. This empowering event allows these parents to experience the same joy on Christmas morning as most other parents across the nation – seeing their children opening gifts they had purchased through the efforts of their own hands.

  • safe families for children

Safe Families for Children is a movement fueled by compassion and faith to keep children safe and families intact as families go through crisis. Through Host Families, Family Friends, and Family Coaches, they temporarily host children and provide a network of support while parents get back on their feet. It is an honor to surround Moms and Dads with a community of families who believe in them and to be there for them when families need us most.

Still Waters is discerning whether we would like to become a partner church, meaning we would support Safe Families as a ministry of our church. Essentially, partner church volunteers become like an extended family for moms and dads in crisis, hosting kids and providing support to families including mentoring and friendship.
