family promise | provide a home-cooked meal
Sunday, May 2nd - Saturday, May 8th
Continuing our support for Family Promise Organization of Washington County, Still Waters hospitality week is scheduled for May 2th through May 8th.
Over the past year, Family Promise has adapted their facility to accommodate new families joining in a safe manner and continue to work with the church network shifting from in-church hosting weeks to hospitality weeks. Our church has an opportunity to support those families by providing them a home cooked meal throughout the week. Family information will be provided as we get closer to our date. We’ll provide you all the details to prepare and package appropriately, making it easy for distribution to the families. Information forthcoming will include; number of families, size of each, ages of children, likes/dis-likes and any food allergies for things to avoid.
The Promise Center has refrigeration and freezer space for any meals arriving before your scheduled day as this may work better for some schedules. However, meals must be delivered by 3PM on the day you sign up for, except for the Sunday and Saturday meals you will need to deliver the Friday before.
Masks are required when entering the Promise Center. For contactless drop-off, simply call the Promise Center (262) 353-9304 upon your arrival and someone will meet you outside.
If you have any questions about the program or looking for other ways to support Family Promise please contact Vicki or Kelly Passineau.
