A church is not a building, it's a community of people. It takes many volunteers to sustain a vibrant church community. 

There are several opportunites to get involved.

 

Sunday School Teacher- Our teachers are on a rotation system so you don't need to commit to an entire school year

VBS Teacher - Just one week commitment in the Summer

Host Coffee Hour - Join a friend in providing snacks and making coffee between Sunday services

Become a Greeter - All it takes is a friendly face. About once every 6 weeks

Become an Usher - Pass out bulletins before service and collect the offering during service. About once every 6 weeks.  Training is provided.

Fundraiser Team - Our fundraiser team plans events throughout the year, like Family Fun Day and the Chili Cook Off

Still Waters Singers - Join this adult choir and share your talent.  They typically practice once a month and sing at a worship service once a month

Praise Band - Our praise band plays at our Sunday morning services.  Come when you can. We can always use more singers, guitarists, drummers, etc.

Audio/ Visual- Volunteer to advance the slides during worship.  All you need to do is push a button! Training is provided.

Nursery- We provide 1 paid staff person to work in the nursery during services but we always need more help.

Youth Group - Our active youth group always needs help planning events and carpooling

Office Help - Come and answer the phone during our Monday morning staff meetings

Church Maintenance - Water the plants, clean the kitchen, shovel the walkway, weed the flower beds.  There is always something that needs to be done

Bible Study Leaders - Most of our bible studies are easy to facilitate.  We provide you with all the materials you need
