Junior High Convo: Junior High Convo is April 30-May 2, a weekend at the Chula Vista with 700 Junior High Youth from all over Wisconsin. Our time will be filled with great music, games, speakers, and yes the water park. The cost of the weekend is now $135 per person, meals not included. A deposit of $67.50 reserves a spot. It's not too late!! There is not a sign up sheet for this event, please R.S.V.P. directly to Brian.

World Vision's 30 Hour Famine: Youth of Still Waters will be participating in the 30 Hour Famine on March 19-20. A worldwide movement of students serving God and fighting hunger - all on an empty stomach. Go 30 Hours without eating and experience something more than 1 billion people around the world experience every day. Our 30 Hour Famine will include Bible Study, personal reflection, worship, service projects, and lots of fun and fellowship. Parents are encouraged to participate too! If you are interested in participating, fundraising packets are available at church or by by contacting Youth & Family Minister, Brian Stahl at threestahls@hotmail.com or 262-939-5412. We need a number of Adult drivers for our non-perishable food drive on Saturday, March 20 from 11:30-2:00 pm.

Fill To Fulfill Senior High Mission Trip Fundraiser: This year's Senior High Mission Trip is to Toronto, Ontario, Canada June 19-26. We have 35 Youth and Adults serving! Thank you for your support!
Toronto Mission Trip Intercessory Prayer Partners Needed: Still Waters is looking for congregation members to be Intercessory Prayer Partners for the 28 Senior High Youth and 6 Adult Leaders serving in Toronto in June. We will match up each participant with a prayer partner. This year's VBS is High Seas Expedition: Exploring the Mighty Love of God.
VBS will be held August 8-12.

This year's Tidepool offering is going to Nothing But Nets an organization that supplies anti-malaria bed nets to Africa. For every $10 collected a net will be purchased. Thank you for your continued support.
To date, Still Waters has purchased 148 Nets.

Celebrate Recovery - For anyone with Hurts, Hangups or Habits
Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered, 12-Step support group that helps people work on all types of hurts, hang-ups and habits. It is a safe place where all who come can grow stronger in their personal relationship with God and others by sharing their experiences, strengths and hopes.
Meets here at Still Waters every Friday Night 6:30 - 8:30pm. Childcare is available.

Family Promise Ministry - Beginning February 2010, we will be a host site for Family Promise which provides shelter for families in need in Washington County. For more info about Family Promise click here
The Gathering in Milwaukee
On the 2nd Monday of each month members of Still Waters and Emmanuel Community UMC serve the homeless a hot meal at The Gathering in Milwaukee. If you would like to join them in this service contact Cindy Brown 677-1120 or meet at Emmanuel in Menomonee Falls at 3pm on the 2nd Monday of the month to carpool down to the site. You will return around 6:30pm.
Habitat for Humanity Opportunities
March 27 and April 24 “Brush with Kindness” - Help with repairs to existing homes. Meet at SW at 8am, return 4pm. June 14 – 18 Week long “Brush with Kindness” and Sept. 13 – 17 “New Construction Blitz” Both weeks are flexible. We can choose a day to go down as a group or go throughout the week. On Saturday, May 22nd, it is Still Waters day at Washington County Habitat for Humanity. Lunch will be provided on this day. This Lent, come explore the complex themes of love and forgiveness as explored in “The Shack” by William P. Young.
Class meets Wednesday nights from 6:30-8 February 24 - March 24.
Plan to have read the book prior to beginning the class as we will watch portions of a video of the author discussing his own life and the themes of the book and then engage in dialogue together.
