Fall Confirmand Retreat
October 17-18
Confirmation is an important process for students in grades 6 through 8, aimed at helping them affirm their faith vows. This process includes opportunities for learning, personal growth, service, and building connections with peers and adults within the faith community. Each school year, a confirmation class is held, culminating in a confirmation ceremony in May. Students who are in 8th grade or older and have not yet been confirmed are encouraged to participate as confirmands in this enriching experience.
This year, the Fall Confirmand Retreat will take place on October 17-18 at Still Waters Church. The retreat will begin on Friday, October 17, at 6:00 p.m. and will conclude with a worship service at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, followed by a parent meeting from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Parents and their confirmands are invited to attend this meeting to receive essential information regarding the confirmand year. The Flock has been rescheduled

Fellowship and Informational Meeting for
Youth, Parents, and Siblings
“The Flock” is the name given to a monthly gathering for an informational meeting for youth, parents, and siblings. Snacks available. This meeting was rescheduled from September 14. Sign up online or on the Connection Card.
Peer Mentor Training
Any youth who is a current peer mentor or peer mentor in training, mark your calendars for Saturday Nov. 8, 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. This will be essential leadership training for this for all peer mentors as we continue to grow in our faith and in our leadership. The latter part of the afternoon we will join the adults for Safer Sanctuaries training. Lunch provided. Sign up on the Connection Card or online. Any questions, contact Lisa.
