Worship Times at Still Waters:
We are inviting you to submit any recipes that you would like to contribute to our Still Waters Recipe Book. If you’re willing to share your recipes, whether those from a dish you have shared at Friendsgiving or Souper Sunday, or any special recipe that you’d like to share, we will put them together into our second Still Waters Family Recipe book which will be available online.
Missions is very important to Still Waters and our kids get involved too. Check out we are up to.
Tuesday mornings, from 10:00 - 11:00, beginning Tuesday, March 28 and continuing for 10 weeks, we’ll read together the book, “Learning to Walk in the Dark,” by Barbara Brown Taylor.
We’ll explore how through darkness we find courage, we understand the world in new ways, and we feel God’s presence around us, guiding us through things seen and unseen. Often, it is while we are in the dark that we grow the most. Group facilitated by Robin Jasinski. Book is $14.
Here’s the Wednesday schedule:
Lent is the 40-day season that precedes Easter. It is a time of reflection, study, and preparation as we symbolically walk with Jesus toward the cross and resurrection. This year, we are again planning a church-wide study! On five Wednesday evenings, beginning March 1, we will meet at church for food and small groups. This is an excellent opportunity if you're new to Still Waters or have been here for a long time to get to know some new people and dive deeper into your faith.
Each adult study small group will be studying a book upon which the Lenten Sermon series is based. The book is by Adam Hamilton, “Luke:Jesus and the Outsiders, Outcasts and Outlaws” (cost $15 for the book and it is available at church.) This will be a wonderful time of fellowship, study, and digging deeper into our faith, and particularly into the gospel of Luke and its emphasis on our ministry with the least of these.
We have so many ideas! We will let you know about them soon.
Have questions?
Fill out the form and we will get back to us soon.
We had dozens of volunteers working at our 2022 Christmas Store! It was so much more than just shopping. It is so much more than a hand up, not a hand out. It is Still waters folks making friendships with people who may be struggling.

Greet others online during worship and share the good news about Still Waters from the comfort of your couch. We’re seeking people to serve as online hosts, greeters and digital ambassadors. This is perfect for someone who wants to serve and loves talking to others but may not be able to serve in person.
The very first thing we recommend is to get in the habit of reading the Bible daily. Continue to learn and grow by surrounding yourself with other Christians with similar interest. Still Waters offers a variety of study opportunities. Find the one that’s right for you!
