We are excited to offer a 28-day daily devotional called “Treasure,” by Jacob Armstrong. This is a devotional that will prepare us for a stewardship series that will begin at the end of October. Jacob Armstrong, author of the book, says, “Whether you are in plenty or in want, money has a direct connection to your values, your faith, and the health of your relationships. It’s no wonder that in the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus presented a radical message about our 'treasure' and our hearts."  The challenge: start your daily reading on October 27. As you read you will consider our financial commitment for 2025 and how that connects to our faith. Please pick a copy of the devotional up at church. There is a place in the devotional for reading, journaling, and considering Scripture and practical questions each day. If you can contribute $10 toward the cost of the devotional, great! If not, that’s ok, too. I will be referring to this devotional during the stewardship sermon series which will begin on October 27.
