Foundation Retreat
Rock Island, Wisconsin
This year will be our 2nd trip to Rock Island which is part of the Wisconsin State Parks system and is a beautiful island. Dates are Monday, August 21 - Thursday, August 24, open to incoming 6th graders through seniors in high school. This 4 day trip is designed to teach our youth how they can slow down and find a deeper connection to God. On the island they will experience a 4 day off-the-grid, semi-wilderness experience including emphasis in the following areas. Prayer, Scripture, Worship, Witness and Love of God and People. The youth will also lead a Worship service on the Beach. Although we are still calculating the exact cost per person, camping fees, transportation, ferry fees & gas. An estimate is $150 per person, Food is supplied by the group and individually.

Our youth and adult leaders will be headed to Rock Island August 21 - Thursday, August 24. We will share a prayer of commissioning our retreat participants on
Sunday, August 20, at the 10:30 worship service. We invite you to be a part of praying for their safety, health, and for God’s powerful movement in their lives on this time away this week.
